Kyra Sanders scored the lone goal for Lakeside (8-2, 7-2) in the sixth minute Thursday as the Eagles defeated visiting Colville (4-4, 4-4) 1-0 in Great Northern League action at Nine Mile Falls.

Katrina Allen made two saves for the Eagles, including a 1-on-1 attempt in the 62nd minute to seal the win.

Also in the league, Kandace Leliefeld scored two goals in the first half, both coming off assists from Carly Hjelm, as host Deer Park (5-7, 4-5) defeated Clarkston (2-7, 2-6) 3-1. Stevie Harris also scored for the Stags, and Caleena Richards scored the lone goal for the Bantams. … Courtney Kelly had a hat trick and an assist and Chelsea Hardenbrook scored two goals as Medical Lake (2-8, 2-7) rolled past visiting Chewelah (0-11, 0-9) 8-0. … Emily Bottemiller, Katie Spangenberg and Hafsah Al-Hassan each scored a goal as host Pullman (11-1, 8-1) beat West Valley (7-4, 7-2) 3-0.
