Fantasy factor: NFL’s leading rusher, Willis McGahee, is averaging 24.8 carries and faces toughest test yet against NFL’s No. 4 defense. Bears’ Bernard Berrian leads NFL with 3 TD catches and 4 of 40-plus yards.

The buzz: Bills defense has been tough, but offense has yet to produce more than 20 points. Not likely to happen against confident Bears team at Soldier Field.

Browns at Panthers

Time: 10 a.m. Line: Panthers by 8

Records: Browns (1-3), Panthers (2-2)

Last meeting: Panthers won 13-6 at Cleveland on Dec. 1, 2002

Key stat: Panthers have won both games with healthy Steve Smith.

Fantasy factor: Browns’ Kellen Winslow leads tight ends with 22 catches (2 TDs). Panthers’ DeShaun Foster becomes more of factor, coming off 105-yard game.

The buzz: Panthers regaining winning form, though last 2 have come by total of only 5 points. QB Jake Delhomme makes good decisions (only 1 INT in 137 passes).

Rams at Packers

Last meeting: Packers won 45-17 at Green Bay on Nov. 29, 2004

Key stat: Rams lead NFL with turnover differential of plus-10.

Fantasy factor: Rams’ Isaac Bruce has 18 catches for 299 yards in last 2 against Packers. Packers’ Greg Jennings 2nd among rookies with 259 yards receiving (15 catches).

The buzz: Can Packers shake off Monday night blowout loss at Philadelphia? Only if Brett Favre can light it up. Packers yield 28.8 points per game.

Titans at Colts

Last meeting: Colts won 35-3 at Indianapolis on Dec. 4, 2005.

Key stat: Colts have won last 6 meetings and 11 straight AFC South games.

Fantasy factor: Titans rookie Vince Young will have to throw to win this one but has 2 TDs vs. 3 INTs. Peyton Manning off to fast start with 6 TD passes and 2 running TDs.

The buzz: Tough 2nd start for Young, but all games vs. Colts are tough for Titans.

Lions at Vikings

Key stat: Vikings have won last 8 meetings and last 8 vs. Lions at home.

Fantasy factor: Lions are passing team (Roy Williams has 25 catches for NFC-leading 384 yards, 1 TD). Vikings’ Chester Taylor must improve on 3.5 yards per carry, 1 TD.

The Buzz: Vikings have been competitive every week, but offense has scored only 3 TDs. They can get well vs. Lions.

Dolphins at Patriots

Time: 10 a.m. Line: Patriots by 10

Records: Dolphins (1-3), Patriots (3-1)

Last meeting: Dolphins won 28-26 at New England on Jan. 1, 2006.

Key stat: Dolphins haven’t scored more than 17 in game. Pats haven’t allowed more than 17.

Fantasy factor: Dolphins’ Ronnie Brown has accounted for more than 100 yards from scrimmage in last 3 games. Patriots’ Laurence Maroney leads rookies in yards from scrimmage (370), TDs (3).

The Buzz: Dolphins offense hasn’t shown it can do much, and Patriots reasserted themselves with big win at Cincinnati last week.

Buccaneers at Saints

Last meeting: Bucs won 27-13 at Tampa on Jan. 1, 2006.

Key stat: Bucs have won 4 of last 5 meetings.

Fantasy factor: Cadillac Williams, getting only 2.5 per carry, will have to find way to do more amid Bucs’ QB injuries. Saints’ Marques Colston off to big start, leading rookies with 336 yards receiving and 3 TDs.

The Buzz: Bucs going with 6th-round rookie Bruce Gradkowski at QB in place of injured Chris Simms. Saints capable of bouncing back from tough loss at Carolina in 2nd game back at Superdome since Katrina.

Redskins at Giants

The Buzz: With week’s rest, can Giants’ disappointing defense do enough to give Eli Manning, et al, chance?

The Buzz: Leinart at least gets his 1st start at home, but Chiefs defense is 3rd in league. If Cardinals can’t run, Leinart can’t throw.

Jets at Jaguars

The Buzz: Jaguars have more offensive versatility, thanks to emergence of rookie RB Maurice Jones-Drew, who has 191 yards from scrimmage and 2 TDs in last 2 games.

Raiders at 49ers

Fantasy factor: In last game vs. SF, WR Randy Moss had 172 yards, 3 TDs. 49ers’ Alex Smith has TD pass in 4 of last 5 games.

The Buzz: 11th meeting of Bay Area rivals doesn’t figure to be memorable. At least 49ers offense has shown signs of hope.

Cowboys at Eagles

Last meeting: Cowboys won 21-20 at Philadelphia on Nov. 14, 2005.

Key stat: Eagles lead NFL in total offense (426.5 yards per game).

Fantasy factor: Terrell Owens, recovered from hand injury, could exploit soft Eagles secondary. Donovan McNabb on way to maybe best season with 9 TD passes vs. 1 INT.

The Buzz: Owens may put up some good numbers against old team, but he can’t play defense against old buddy McNabb.

Steelers at Chargers

Time: 5:15 p.m. Line: Chargers by 3

Records: Steelers (1-2), Chargers (2-1)

Last meeting: Steelers won 24-22 at San Diego on Oct. 10, 2005.

Key stat: Chargers lead NFL in total defense (184.3 yards per game).

Fantasy factor: Ben Roethlisberger has to make plays, and has thrown zero TD passes vs. 5 INTs. Chargers RB LaDainian Tomlinson has 87 TDs in 81 career games.

The Buzz: Steelers went on road against tough defense 3 weeks ago and were shut out at Jacksonville. They have to find some big plays on offense.

Ravens at Broncos

Time: 5:30 p.m. Monday

Line: Broncos by 4

Records: Ravens (4-0), Broncos (2-1)

Last meeting: Broncos won 12-10 at Denver on Dec. 11, 2005.

Key stat: Ravens allow 8.3 points per game, Broncos, 10.3.

Fantasy factor: Derrick Mason leads Ravens with 20 catches but has no TDs. Javon Walker force for Broncos, averaging 22.7 yards per catch with 2 TDs.

The Buzz: Steve McNair’s savvy has helped Ravens win 2 games they easily could have lost, but that won’t be enough in this one. Walker or Tatum Bell (5.1 yards per rush) will make big play.
