“I’m sleeping in on Saturday. Wake up, go eat breakfast, and then come back and rest some more and go to sleep again if we have time. The night before the game I get eight hours … I make sure I drink a nutritious something, like a superfood. Odwalla or Naked Juices to get the nutrients to my cells. I stretch. I take a shower the night before and I try to take one again in the morning unless (roommate Tyron Brackenridge) is taking a warm bath. Then I’ve got to hurry up and shower when I get (to the game).

“When I get here before the game, it’s just going over things in my head, tendencies that I’ve seen. I just start locking it in. No superstitions, I like to change things up.

“After the game, I go back to my apartment and sleep, just relax and kick back. I don’t like to go out. I just stay in and sleep, get ready for Sunday.”
