Clarifying Proposition 1

If Spokane city voters approve Proposition 1, a proposed city charter amendment, it will require a 6-1 vote of the City Council and the Ethics Committee’s recommendation to subject an elected official to a recall vote. An editorial in Sunday’s paper misstated the majority requirement.
