Mental health services
By a vote of 41-3, the Senate approved House Bill 1460, which would require small businesses (50 or fewer employees) that offer health plans to include mental health services in those plans. The Legislature made a similar requirement for larger companies in 2005. The bill has already passed the House and is now under consideration by the governor.
