For the week of April 9-13
Monday – Beef stew with vegetables, winter-blend vegetables, baked apple slices, dinner roll, tapioca pudding.
Tuesday – Lemon chicken, au gratin potatoes, mixed vegetables, potato roll, angel food cake with strawberries.
Wednesday – Italian veal with pasta, Oregon-blend vegetables, sliced beets, sourdough bread, apricots.
Thursday – Chicken patty with lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, bun, three bean salad, pineapple slaw, Arabian salad.
Friday – Lasagna, Italian-blend vegetables, corn, garlic breadstick, tropical fruit cup.
