For the week of April 16-20
Monday – Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, Scandinavian vegetables, fruit cocktail, rye bread, spice cake.
Tuesday – Sweet and sour chicken over rice, parslied cauliflower, peas, French bread, peaches.
Wednesday – Pork roast with gravy, whipped sweet potatoes, green beans almondine, dinner roll, Mandarin oranges.
Thursday – Chef salad with turkey and cheese, carrot-raisin salad, plums, potato roll, majestic square.
Friday – Swiss steak with gravy, scalloped potatoes, brussels sprouts, wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.
