For the week of April 30-May 4

Monday – Beef tips with peppers over rice pilaf, country-trio vegetables, spinach, wheat bread, cinnamon-raisin applesauce.

Tuesday – Chicken and wild rice casserole, Oregon-blend vegetables, carrots, wheat bread, peach crisp.

Wednesday – Salisbury steak with gravy, au gratin potatoes, chuckwagon-blend vegetables, breadstick, fruit cocktail.

Thursday – Tuna salad on bun with lettuce and tomato, coleslaw, three bean salad, tropical fruit cup.

Friday – Taco salad with sour cream and salsa, Mexicali-blend vegetables, plums, corn chips, tapioca pudding.
