Hometown: I was born in Pasco and moved to Spokane when I was 12. We moved to Hayden, the Avondale Golf Club area, in 2000.

Occupation: I’m a retired registered nurse.

Family: My husband, Ellis, and I have two boys – Brad, 29, and Ryan, 26. They live in Spokane.

Hobbies: I read, cross-stitch, fish and cook, and we have family get-togethers.

What do you like about North Idaho? I love the people who live here. Also the trees, the lakes, the great beauty of this area.

Favorite spot in North Idaho? Why? Hayden Lake. We really enjoy fishing there.
