Homers come easier today

The Spokesman-Review

There has been so much said about Barry Bonds and his home runs. I don’t feel there is a contest, as it might be called.

It’s been many years since Hank Aaron, Babe Ruth and many others set homer records.

It’s hard to believe that the sports balls used these days aren’t superior to those of past years.

It seems that a home run in baseball today comes a lot easier. A fair contest? I doubt it.
