Dear Heloise: Here is what we do at our office, which provides packets of dry hot chocolate or hot cocoa. We pour the packet of dry mix in a cup, and instead of hot water, we pour in coffee. Instant mocha coffee. – Donna, St. Louis

Dear Heloise: I read a hint about the importance of keeping emergency contact numbers listed in the glove box of your automobile. It is also important to list them in your cell phone.
