Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Douglas J. Collins – 55, Spokane, probation violation/possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (three counts), $30,000 bond.

Ralph A. Harris

– 43, Rathdrum, failure to appear and probation violation/discharge of a firearm at a dwelling, no bond.

Kathleen L. Lancaster – 46, Spokane, possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $20,000 bond.

Erik D. Ruskey – 24, Spokane, probation violation/burglary, $30,000 bond.

Donald R. Watts Jr. – 58, Coeur d’Alene, child custody interference, $30,000 bond

Brett A. Bailey – 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, no proof of insurance, $5,000 bond.

David K. Barnett – 45, Tensed, Idaho, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Timothy D. Hines – 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence (two counts), possession of paraphernalia, $105,000 bond.

Tara L. Hite – 28, Hayden, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $141 bond.

Michael D. Hop - 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $141 bond.

Mark R. Howell – 34, Athol, failure to appear/resisting/assault, battery, domestic battery, $7,000 bond.

Daniel J. Lyden – 44, Rathdrum, driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Amber M. McNutt – 20, Kellogg, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, 10 days in jail.

Martin B. Nunez Jr. – 45, Coeur d’Alene, driving under the influence, open container (three counts), failure to obey misdemeanor citation, petty theft, $30,500 bond, eight days in jail.

Fred S. Putnam – 37, Rathdrum, failure to appear/domestic battery, $5,000 bond.

Ronald J. Scoggin Jr. – 49, Coeur d’Alene, driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Newman O. Shaffer – 36, Rathdrum, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $141 bond.

Janette K. Todd – 39, Tensed, Idaho, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Shelly J. Turner – 25, Athol, failure to appear/resisting, assault, $1,000 bond.

Jeffrey S. Vanderroest – 35, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, $5,000 bond.
