OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Ross M. August – 35, Spokane, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Jeremy C. Carlson – 25, Hayden, probation violation/burglary, $25,000 bond.

William P. Herrera – 49, Coeur d’Alene, penetration by foreign object, failure to appear/unlawful entry, malicious injury to property, disturbing the peace, $51,000 bond.

Steven K. Kuykendall – 52, Kingston, probation violation/possession of a controlled substance, $50,000 bond.

Lynelle R. Swope – 39, Spokane, burglary, petty theft, $25,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Nquala J. Bigman – 31, Plummer, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Amie B. Bourbon – 20, Moscow, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $10,000 bond.

Brandon B. Colvin – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence (two counts), possession of paraphernalia (two counts), $5,000 bond, 10 days in jail.

Sheldon D. Garcia – 20, Plummer, failure to appear/driving while suspended, two days in jail.

Brandon A. James – 24, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Johnathan A. Pierce – 29, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, five days in jail.

Brian W. Pizzolato – 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, 10 days in jail.

Matthew W. Redl – 23, Blanchard, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Clinton R. Riley – 46, Hayden, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, unlawful use of driver’s license, battery, $10,000 bond.

Christopher A. Roe – 21, Sagle, failure to appear/driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, four days in jail.

Peppir D. Sexton – 45, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, invalid driver’s license, 15 days in jail.

Matthew M. Whiteman – 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, four days in jail.
