‘Road’ examines path to war

“Road to War: Iraq” (9 p.m., National Geographic) becomes the latest documentary to try to explain the decision-making process that led to the 2003 pre-emptive invasion.

“Road to War” includes interviews and statements from former White House Chief of Staff Andy Card and presidential speechwriter David Frum, the man who helped coin the phrase “axis of evil.”
