Population declined

An item in The Falls on Friday mistakenly stated the rate of population growth in Akron, Ohio, between 2000 and 2003, due to an editing error. The population there declined by 2.2 percent during that time.

Wrong movie

A column in Friday’s 7 section incorrectly stated that the film “Ratatouille” had been released in 3-D format. The story should have referred to “Meet the Robinsons.”

Listings left out

Due to an editing and clerical error, the Art and Theater event listings for the week of Nov. 30-Dec. 6 were left out of the 7 Calendar of Events. The complete list is available online at Spokane7.com/calendar.

Toombs is donor

Joseph Toombs donated $100 to the Christmas Fund in memory of his mother Lois Toombs. The donor was incorrectly identified as anonymous in Thursday’s story, due to a reporter’s error.

Chamber canceled contract

The Rosalia Chamber of Commerce canceled a contract with the promoter of the “100 Years of Motorcycles” rally. A Friday story incorrectly said the City Council took that action.
