Wedding vows were exchanged by Tami Shannon and Heath Hickman in a May 25 ceremony at the home of the bride and the groom.

Ralph and Marlene Shannon, Otis Orchards, are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Lester and Shirley Hickman, Mount Ayr, Iowa.

A reception was held Labor Day weekend. The couple are living in Federal Way after a honeymoon in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

The bride is the owner of Inside the Lines. The groom, a graduate of Iowa State University, works as a computer programmer at Group Health Cooperative in Seattle.
