Melanie Fales exchanged wedding vows with Brett Martin in an Aug. 25 ceremony at the home of their friends, Paul and Margie Baehr, Boise.

The bride is the daughter of Neil Fales and Dawn Kennedy-Haeder, both of Grangeville, Idaho. The groom is the son of Jerry and Jean Martin, Spokane.

A reception was held at the wedding site. The couple are living in Boise after a honeymoon on Kauai, Hawaii.

The bride is a graduate of Boise State University and is the curator of education at the Boise Art Museum. The groom is employed as the Northwest regional director for Tire Centers LLC in Duncan, S.C.
