A German Christmas
The German American Society will host its annual German Christmas services at 3 p.m. Sunday at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 316 E. 24th Ave.
The service will be in English and German. The Concordia Choir of the German American Society will perform traditional German Christmas carols before and during the service.
All denominations are welcome. A reception will follow the service at Deutsches Haus, 25 W. Third Ave.
Christmas musical
Candlelight Christian Fellowship will present two performances today of a Christmas musical called “Christmas in Reverse.”
The story begins at the birth of Jesus and goes back in time to the Garden of Eden. The cast includes kids ages 6 to 18.
The performances will be at 2 and 7 p.m. at the old Showboat Theater at Highway 95 and Dalton in Coeur d’Alene. Admission is $10 per person. Proceeds will benefit the Kootenai Humane Society.
Organ concert
A collection of favorite Christmas carols will be performed during a “Holiday on Pipes” organ concert Sunday at 6 p.m. at the First Church of the Nazarene, 9004 N. Country Homes Blvd.
Organist Ken Fuller will perform on a 1914 Wurlitzer Theatre pipe organ. Admission is free and all are welcome.
Bible conference
A Bible conference featuring the Rev. David Brown of Yakima Bible Baptist Church will be held Wednesday and Thursday at Arden Faith Baptist Church in Colville.
Services will begin at 7 p.m. each evening. The church is at 673 Arden Hill Road.
