Eugene and Anna Austin celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at the home of their daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Wayne Morrison, Rathdrum, on Dec. 15.

Other hosts for the event included their children and spouses: Dan and Linda Austin, Spokane Valley; Patty and Jimmy Morrison, Hayden; John and Deena Austin, Harrison; Beth and Ed Hatcher, Valley, Wash.; and Tom and Chris Austin, Campbell, Calif.

The couple were married Dec. 20, 1947, in Helena. They have 24 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
