Wedding vows were exchanged by Elizabeth Rowe and David Kazemba in a Feb. 17 ceremony at Beacon Hill.

Thomas Rowe and Judith Dubuque, Wenatchee, are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Les and Charlotte Perin, Spokane Valley.

A reception at the wedding site followed the ceremony. The couple are living in Mill Creek, after a honeymoon in Las Vegas.

The bride, a graduate of Eastern Washington University, is an office manager at American Family Insurance in Everett. The groom, also a graduate of EWU, works at Nordstrom South Center in Tukwila, Wash., as a department manager.
