Thomas Hampson “Home for the Holidays”

International opera sensation and Spokane’s own Thomas Hampson will round out the grand-opening festivities with a benefit recital. He will be accompanied by Craig Rutenberg. All proceeds will go toward the Fox Theater capital campaign.

Saint George’s School Hall of Fame Gala Banquet

Inductees include an athletic director, two coaches, three state champion teams and eight outstanding high school athletes.

Diamonds and Divas Black Tie Gala and Wine Auction

Chef’s Culinary Classic

An intimate, black-tie dining experience provided by the American Culinary Federation Chefs de Cuisine of the Inland Northwest and Children’s Miracle Network. Chefs from throughout the Inland Northwest prepare a five-course culinary masterpiece to pair with complimentary wines. The evening also features silent and live auctions.

NICs Wild Game Feast

The ninth annual event features a four-course meal of extraordinary wild game delicacies created by Steve Taylor of NIC Food Services. The menu will feature alligator wontons, Tibetan yak meatballs, wapiti quesadillas, Creole turtle soup, spinach salad with crispy boar bacon and quail eggs, kangaroo medallions and a huckleberry bread pudding. All proceeds benefit the NIC Alumni Association and scholarships for NIC students.

Kids at Heart Charity Lunch

Benefiting Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital, to expand the pediatric emergency center. Guest speaker is Kellie Lim who, at 8 years old, lost three limbs to bacterial meningitis, but didn’t give up her dream to become a pediatrician.

Chocolate Champagne Gala

24th annual event benefits the SAFeT Response Center, a program of Lutheran Community Services Northwest, providing therapy, medical and legal advocacy, and education for victims of violent crime and their families. Silent and live auctions, champagne, chocolate and coffee samplings, hors d’oeuvres, followed by dancing to Six Foot Swing. Emcees are Shelly Monahan and Dave Cotton.
