Auld Lang Syne Dip can make you life of party

Add a dip to your vegetable and cracker tray that won’t add extra pounds to your hips this holiday season.

Auld Lang Syne Dip

1 (8-ounce) package fat-free cream cheese

1/2 cup fat-free French dressing

1/4 cup no-fat sour cream

1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried onion flakes

1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

In a large bowl, stir cream cheese with a sturdy spoon until soft. Add French dressing and sour cream. Mix well to combine. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion flakes and parsley flakes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving. Makes 8 (3 tablespoon) servings.
