Judge Benjamin Simpson

Jesse A. Pierce, 34, Rathdrum; petty theft; $75 fine, 10 days in jail or 40 hours county work program.

Jacob W. Callen, 19, Sandpoint; Count I: driving under the influence; $1,000 fine, 180 days in jail (160 days suspended), 180 days driver’s license suspension, two years probation.
