Previous Kootenai Canvas: Forest Ridge

Buck and Doe Deer, aka Dale and Kathy Foster of Hayden, wrote the winning essay that best described the last photo, which was a picture of the entrance to the new Forest Ridge subdivision along Lancaster Road.

The Kootenai Canvas photo in the paper was taken at the front entrance to the new Forest Ridge housing development along Lancaster Road. While out for a stroll, my family and friends come by here often and marvel at its beauty and sounds. Only the occasional headlight disturbs the peacefulness of the area. It is a great addition to the neighborhood.
