Bob and Marguret Reed will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary with an open house at Clare House today.

Hosts for the event will include their children and spouses: Larry and Barb Brodrick, Spokane; Steve and Cheryl Reed, Spokane Valley; Larry and Jane Reed, Metaline Falls, Wash.; Rick and Karen Reed, Zillah, Wash.; and Dave Reed, Mesa, Ariz.

The couple were married Feb. 14, 1942, in Coeur d’Alene. They have 16 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
