Dachshund Training Day - The Dachshund Club of Spokane hosts a family event with obedience training and a doggy social hour. Dachshund, Dachshund mixes and other small dogs are welcome. Third annual Stallion Showcase and Horse Sale - See over 15 area horse breeders with stallions at stud, horses for sale, horse-related vendors, play day classes and the Liberty Class where the horses are turned loose to show themselves off for a $100 Jackpot prize. Spokane Parrot Festival - The festival is a fundraiser for two local nonprofit parrot rescue groups. There will be vendors, live music, comedians, dancers and children’s activities.
