Jordan Lupfer-Graham scored 21 points and West Valley held on for a thrilling 71-68 double-overtime win over host Clarkston Saturday.
The Eagles’ Parker Flynn sent the game into overtime with a layin as time expired in the fourth quarter.
In the first overtime, with the Bantams down by three with 2.2 seconds left, Dustin McConnell drained a half-court shot to send the game into a second overtime.
Clarkston (1-7, 1-2) missed a few key free throws in the second overtime and West Valley (5-2, 2-0) held on for the win.
In other league action, Richie Mullenburg scored a team-high 10 points and Warren Weil added seven points and 10 rebounds as Deer Park (4-5, 1-2) beat rival Riverside (4-5, 1-2) 52-43. Nick Davis and Kevin McNeil scored nine points apiece for the Stags, who led 27-16 at halftime. Kris Wise led the Rams with 12 points. … JT Levenseller scored 23 points, including nine in the fourth quarter, as Pullman (4-5, 3-0) edged host Colville (4-4, 1-2) 75-74. Alias Prouty scored 15 points to lead the Indians, who missed on three opportunities to win it late in the game.
