Spencer Swerin scored a team-high 16 points and Drake Hanson added 13 as Sandpoint edged visiting Lakeland 62-59 in overtime in an Inland Empire League game Friday.
Pete Gibson added 12 points for the Bulldogs (5-7, 1-4), who outscored the Hawks 18-15 in overtime.
Bubba Bartlett scored 19 points to lead Lakeland (0-10, 0-5).
North Star League
Cameron Jeffres scored 15 points and Jared Broggi added 10, leading Clark Fork (5-4, 2-0) to a 53-23 win over host Mullan (1-11, 0-3). The Wampus Cats outscored the Tigers 14-2 in the second quarter and led 30-6 at halftime. Jay Ploharz tallied 11 points to lead Mullan. … Josiah Menzies scored 20 points and David Baker added 16 as Coeur d’Alene Charter Academy (9-2, 3-1) topped host Kootenai (3-3, 0-1) 61-37 in Harrison. Chris Shaw added 14 points for the Panthers, who outscored the Warriors 32-19 in the second half.

Nick Arthun scored 13 points and hit a key 3-pointer in the last minute of regulation as Wallace edged host Kellogg 45-44. Darrick Holmquist added 11 points for the Miners (6-4). Ty Ketchum finished with 14 points to lead the Wildcats (7-4), who missed a desperation shot at the buzzer.
Great Northern League
JT Levenseller had 15 points, 15 rebounds and eight steals, guiding Pullman (5-5, 4-0) to a 65-47 win over visiting Medical Lake (5-5, 2-2). Marty Guettinger added 14 points and six boards for the Greyhounds, who outscored the Cardinals 16-6 in the second quarter to take a 15-point lead into halftime. … Jordan Lupfer-Graham scored a game-high 20 points and Bryan Peterson added 16 as West Valley (7-2, 4-0) won 78-58 at Riverside (4-6, 1-3). Jered Berarducci scored a game-high 27 points on 9-of-14 shooting and grabbed 11 rebounds, guiding Colfax (10-1, 2-0) to a 66-61 win over visiting Kettle Falls (3-8, 1-2). Colfax outscored Kettle Falls 21-6 in the second quarter and led 34-19 at halftime. Jakobi Bradeen led Kettle Falls with 18 points.
