Harvey and JoAnn Henke celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house at the Ramada Inn Dec. 30.

Hosts for the event included their children: Laurie Montang, Spokane Valley; Ron Henke, Deer Park; Howard Henke, Spokane; and Richard Henke, Newcastle, Wash.

The couple were married Dec. 29, 1956, in Spokane. They have six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
