Boise State’s Coby Karl surpassed 1,500 career points last week. He’s the fifth Bronco to do so. … BSU is 1-7 in road games, including a 65-63 loss to Washington State at the Spokane Arena. … Idaho had four dunks in its loss to Louisiana Tech, tying its season total in 2005-06. The Vandals have nine dunks this season. … The Vandals are on pace to break the single-season school record for made 3-pointers. Prior to Wednesday’s game, Idaho had 132 3s. The school record is 190 in 1998-99. … New Mexico State’s win over Nevada was its first over a ranked opponent since knocking off No. 12 New Mexico in 1999. … The Aggies have attempted 609 free throws, most in the nation. That’s 200 more than Hawaii, which is second in the WAC. … Louisiana Tech’s Trey McDowell is averaging 20 points per conference game, which has lifted his season average to 12.6.
