Auditions

Classes and workshops

Christian Youth Theater (North Idaho) – Summer camps will be held for ages 6-13. Sessions are “Hats Off to Dr. Seuss,” July 9-13, and “Star Spangled Kids,” July 16-20, both at Coeur d’Alene High School. Hours for both weeks are 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday. Cost: $150 per week. Call (509) 435-3436 to register.

Fall Folk Festival – Performers in music and dance are needed for the 12th annual Fall Folk Festival sponsored by the Spokane Folklore Society, Nov. 3 and 4 at Spokane Community College. Applications are available online at www.spokanefolklore.org. The deadline is July 15. Call (509) 747-2640.

Call for artists

Lavender Art – Artists are needed to submit art in any media dealing with lavender and fine smells. The show is scheduled July 9-31 at Create Place, 900 W. Fourth, Newport, Wash. Work can be dropped off Monday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Call (509) 447-9277.
