Legnard-Rounds

Melissa Rounds, Post Falls, and Brett Legnard, Silverdale, Wash., plan to marry July 28.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Tim and Megan Rounds, Post Falls, and Anne Mealey, Wes Mealey, and Isabelle Rounds, all of Spokane. The groom-to-be is the son of Bonnie Carl and Gary Legnard, both of Green Island, N.Y.

A student in the North Idaho College Nursing Program, Rounds works at Louisiana Pacific as an accounts payable clerk. Legnard is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a lieutenant junior grade in the Navy and is a nuclear subsurface officer.

Scott-Cheney

Molly Cheney and Robert Scott, both of Spokane Valley, plan to marry Aug. 18.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Bert and Mary Cheney, Newman Lake. Terry and Crystal Scott, Goldendale, Wash., and Trey and Doreen Hurley, Montvale, Va., are the parents of the groom-to-be.

A graduate of Spokane Falls Community College, Cheney works at the BrickHouse Massage and Coffee Bar in Spokane Valley. Scott, who graduated from Eastern Washington University, is employed at West Plains Building Supply.

Mulholand-Colvin

Stacie Colvin and Bryan Mulholand, both of Waipahu, Hawaii, plan to marry Sept. 8.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Doug and Kris Favaro, Elk, and James Colvin, Roseville, Calif. Mary Pat Rembert, Kannapolis, N.C., and Gil Rembert, Butte, are the parents of the groom-to-be.

Colvin is an accountant at Hawaiian Bottled Water in Pearl City, Hawaii. Mulholand is serving in the military in Pearl Harbor.

Lown-Flynn

Kimberly Flynn, Chesapeake, Va., and Garrett Lown, Norfolk, Va., plan to marry Nov. 11.

Edward and Linda Flynn, South Toms River, N.J., are parents of the bride-to-be. The groom-to-be is the son of Steve and Cindy Lown, Spokane Valley.

Flynn is a student at Orange County College. A graduate of Navy Air Traffic Control School, Lown is an Air Controlman Airman on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower.

Liepman-Sturgell

JoLee Sturgell, Portland, and Jeff Liepman, Thousand Oaks, Calif., plan to marry March 8.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dennis and Contessia Sturgell, and Frank and Jody Orrell, all of Warrenton, Ore. Mike and Jan Liepman, Gig Harbor, Wash., are the parents of the groom-to-be.

A graduate of Willamette University and the University of Portland, Sturgell works at Chevalier Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations in Lake Oswego, Ore. Liepman, who graduated from Central Valley High School, Willamette University, Keck Graduate Institute and Claremont College, is an analyst at Campbell Alliance.
