AppleSox pluck Hawks

WENATCHEE – Nick Bratney scattered six hits over six innings Tuesday night to guide the Wenatchee AppleSox to a 6-3 win over the Spokane RiverHawks in West Coast Collegiate Baseball League play at Paul Thomas Stadium.

Wenatchee (16-15 East Division) leads the three-game set 2-0 heading into tonight’s finale.

Bryan Horst went 3 for 5 with two runs batted in for Spokane (9-23 East), which lost its sixth consecutive game.
