Indians 11, Tigers 5: At Cleveland, Travis Hafner homered and drove in four runs, Victor Martinez finished with three RBIs and Cleveland recorded a victory over Detroit. The Tigers lost for the sixth time in seven games.

Blue Jays 2, White Sox 0: At Toronto, Roy Halladay picked up his 100th career victory in his return from the disabled list, and Frank Thomas hit a homer to help Toronto beat Chicago. Aaron Hill also homered for the Blue Jays.

Orioles 6, Angels 2: At Anaheim, Calif., Nick Markakis drove in three runs, Brian Roberts had three hits and Baltimore beat A.L. West-leading Los Angeles for its sixth win in a row. Brian Burres allowed one run and three hits in five innings for the Angels.
