Ted Knauber and Justin Hawkins scored 16 points each as New Mexico State shot well from behind the 3-point line to beat Louisiana Tech at Las Cruces, N.M. … At Fresno, Calif., Kevin Bell's pull-up jumper with 0.6 seconds left lifted Fresno State to a victory over Boise State. … At Logan, Utah, Chaz Spicer made two free throws with 3.8 seconds left in overtime to give Utah State an upset of No. 10 Nevada, ending the Wolf Pack's nine-game winning streak. Nevada's Marcelus Kemp missed an off-balance shot he managed to get off before falling out of bounds at the buzzer, but the ball missed everything and had barely landed before Utah State fans swarmed the court.

HONOLULU – Matt Lojeski scored 20 points and teammate Bobby Nash added 15 Thursday night to lead Hawaii to an 81-64 victory over Idaho.

Matt Gibson had 10 points for the Rainbow Warriors (17-12, 7-8 Western Athletic Conference).

Senior Keoni Watson led Idaho (3-25, 1-14) with a career-high 34 points on 14-of-27 shooting from the field.

Hawaii took control of the game midway through the first half with a 21-3 run to lead by as much as 23 with 5:37 remaining in the half. The Rainbow Warriors led 45-26 at the break.

Idaho forced five Hawaii turnovers in the first 3 minutes of the second half to close to 47-32 with 17:12 to go.

But the Rainbow Warriors responded with a 19-6 run to build their lead to as much as 28 with 7:56 remaining.

The Rainbow Warriors made 8 of 13 3-pointers.
