It was a rough weekend for Fabian,

The former pop idol twice escaped serious injury – first in a car crash, then in a concert accident.

The 64-year-old singer was riding with his manager and daughter near Palm Desert on Friday night when a car sideswiped their vehicle and it rolled several times, his spokesman said.

Fabian and his daughter were examined and released. The manager was taken to a hospital for scalp lacerations and blood loss and was expected to make a full recovery.

Then, on Saturday, Fabian was performing at a Palm Springs casino along with former teen idols Frankie Avalon and Lou Christie when he fell off the stage and scraped his chin.

“It’s a miracle that we survived that (car) accident,” Fabian said in a statement. “Except for being sore, I thought I could do the show. I didn’t want to disappoint the audience.”

Fabian, born Fabian Anthony Forte, gained fame in the 1950s and 1960s with songs such as “Turn Me Loose” and “Tiger.”

He made guest appearances on TV shows such as “Laverne & Shirley,” “The Facts of Life” and “Murphy Brown,” and starred in the 1964 movie “Ride the Wild Surf.”

Fabian will rejoin Avalon and Bobby Rydell for several shows on the East Coast.

Radcliffe, 17, is starring in the London stage production of “Equus,” a role which requires him to swear, smoke and appear nude.

Bobby bails again

Declining to go on the air to discuss his troubled life, Bobby Brown has agreed to repay $19,150 to a Washington, D.C., radio station that sprung him from jail last week.

Hot 99.5 FM paid the bill Brown owed for back child support and court fees with the understanding that he would appear on one of its shows for a week. But he backed out, saying on-air: “That wasn’t our deal.”

The couple were married Friday in a private civil ceremony at a castle west of London.

Activities in Nayar’s native India are expected to include a “haldi” ceremony where the bride and groom are covered in a paste of turmeric, milk and cream to cleanse them.
