Heath Katsma, a graduate student in Whitworth College’s Master of International Management program, has received the Edward Tsutakawa Scholarship from the International Trade Alliance.

“Washington State University announced its students from North Idaho who have been named to the President’s Honor Roll for the fall semester 2006. Students must hold a 3.75 grade-point average in nine graded hours in a single term or a 3.5 g.p.a. on 15 cumulative hours of graded work.

Bobbie Riley, a student at Washington State University, was awarded a $1,000 Boeing Outstanding Undergraduate Students in Science Scholarship. This is the second year she has received the award. Riley is a 2005 Cheney High School graduate. She is the daughter of LeAnn Riley of Spokane.
