Presentation focuses on women’s health

“Listen to Your Body Talk” is a presentation that will cover common and important women’s health issues, focusing on disease prevention through the various decades of a woman’s life.

It will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Meyer Health and Sciences Building, Room 106, on the North Idaho College campus.

Topics such as HPV, cervical cancer, breast cancer, osteoporosis, colon cancer and heart disease will be included. Current recommendations on screening for and preventing these diseases will be discussed.

The speaker will be Dr. Amy Anderson, of Rockwood Clinic Family Medicine.
