Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Patrick J. Everett – 25, Moscow, probation violation/possession of a controlled substance, $50,000 bond.

Shannon S. Laplaunt – 29, Post Falls, sexual battery of a minor, $15,000 bond.

Devin D. Martin – 38, Post Falls, failure to appear/felony driving under the influence, driving while suspended (two counts), possession of paraphernalia, $20,000 bond.

Paul R. Perham – 25, Liberty Lake, Wash., failure to appear/trafficking in marijuana, $30,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Charles W. Davis – 27, Post Falls, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, 89 days in jail.

Aaron J. Fulk – 33, Pinehurst, failure to appear/disturbing the peace (three counts), $12,000 bond.

Trevor R. Girton – 35, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, one day in jail.

Sara L Jones – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, no insurance, minor in possession of alcohol, 10 days in jail.

Mark E. Goldstyn – 19, Hayden, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, six days in jail.

James L. Maule – 40, Hayden, failure to appear/driving while suspended, failure to maintain insurance, $10,000 bond.

Bryan L. Messerly, aka Brian – 28, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving while suspended, four days in jail.

Carl R. Murrell – 35, Post Falls, driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Darla A. Orozco – 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/no insurance, invalid driver’s license, $500 bond.

Christopher R. Rosier – 36, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no insurance, $2,500 bond.

Ethan W. Riley – 19, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, possession of paraphernalia, no insurance, mutilated driver’s license, $2,000 bond.

Kevin W. Skurupey II – 28, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, two days in jail.

Michael A. Varni - 25, Hayden, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, failure to notify of accident, driving under the influence, $2,000 bond, 10 days in jail.

John J. Waco II – 20, Hayden, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, 10 days in jail.
