The goal of Somebody Needs You is to match donors with the specific requests of needy Spokane residents.

The list of requests is coordinated by the Volunteers of America in cooperation with recognized social service agencies in Spokane. If you have an item to donate, please contact the social service agency directly. Donors who can deliver items are especially appreciated. If someone you know needs help, contact a local social service agency provider.

“Disabled female needs blankets and a hospital bed. Contact Amy at ALTCEW, 458-2509.

“Single mom with four children needs two sets of bunk beds. Contact Spokane County Public Defender’s Office, 477-4889.

“Single parent with two children needs a dining room table and chairs. Contact Kim at ECEAP, 893-4123.

“Single mom with a child needs a small kitchen table, highchair and car seat for 20-pound child. Contact Anne at Early Head Start, 279-6903.

“Foster family with four children needs a washing machine. Contact Cathy at ECEAP, 228-4541.

“Senior female needs a recliner; senior female needs a piano keyboard; senior female needs a hand-held shower wand; senior male needs a laptop computer. Contact Mary at Elder Services, 458-7450.
