She’ll still step for her father
Marie Osmond may have lost a loved one, but she’s not ready to lose her place on “Dancing With the Stars.”
The 48-year-old singer, who missed Tuesday’s results show after the death of her father, will continue to compete on the top-rated dance competition, an ABC publicist said Wednesday.
Osmond family patriarch George Osmond died Tuesday at age 90 at his home in Provo, Utah.
Marie Osmond, who skipped Tuesday’s live broadcast of “Dancing” to be in Utah, will appear with family members – including brother Donny – on “The Oprah Winfrey” show Friday.
Besides showing off her dance moves, she will join her brother in performing the theme song from “The Donny and Marie Show” as a tribute to their father.
More than 100 family members will reunite for the program, Winfrey’s Web site said.
Actress Jane Seymour, who missed an elimination episode of “Dancing With the Stars” last month after the death of her mother, was voted off the show this week.
Oh, let them be

Risky business, indeed
Rebecca De Mornay has been arrested for investigation of drunken driving.
The actress, who starred in “Risky Business” and “The Hand That Rocks the Cradle,” was stopped Oct. 30 for a traffic violation in Beverly Hills when officers smelled booze on her breath, according to People magazine.
An accident waiting to happen?
Wrestler Hulk Hogan’s 17-year-old son, Nick Bollea, turned himself in Wednesday on reckless driving charges stemming from a street-racing crash this summer that critically injured a passenger in his car.
“(W)e are confident that the evidence will demonstrate that this was an accident,” a family spokesman said.
Remit me one more time
Britney Spears has been ordered to pay $120,000 in legal fees to ex-husband Kevin Federline, who was awarded temporary custody of their young sons.
Court papers released last week show that Spears makes roughly $737,000 per month and spends lavishly on clothes and entertainment, while Federline “indicates that he does not earn any income,” the ruling said.
