Pedals2People – Photographers are needed for a display of photos of bikes or photos taken from bikes at The Scoop, 1001 W. 25th, in December and January. The photos will be offered for sale at the end of the exhibit. The deadline is Dec. 3. Photos can be dropped off at The Scoop or e-mailed to pedals2people@gmail.com. River Ridge Association of Fine Arts – Artists are needed for the 2007 juried show at the Liberty Cafe from Dec. 1 to Feb. 2. Call (509) 323-9218 for an application.

Winter Solstice Festival – The Moscow Arts Commission is looking for artists for the seventh annual Winter Solstice Festival Dec. 14 through Feb. 1 at the Third Street Gallery in Moscow. Original works in all media interpreting the winter season will be accepted. Artists must submit a photo or slide of each entry (no more than three) plus an artist statement and small biography.
