Basketball

Football

Sign up: 6-on-6 adult flag football league hosted by the Spokane Shock. Games begin Nov. 27 and run through Dec. 20 at the Shock practice facility, 3212 N. Eden Road. Registration deadline is Nov. 23. Cost: $450 per team (up to 12 players). Info: Ryan, 242-7462 ext. 24.

Running/Walking

Nov. 22: Turkey Trot, 9 a.m. at Manito Park duck pond. No entry fee. Cash or food donations will be accepted.
