Judge tells O.J. to forfeit Rolex

O.J. Simpson must hand over a Rolex watch and other assets to satisfy a civil judgment that found him liable for the deaths of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman, a judge ruled Tuesday.

Any future royalties from a sports video game featuring Simpson also must be delivered to Goldman’s father, Fred Goldman, Superior Court Judge Gerald Rosenberg ruled.

Simpson attorney Ronald Slates questioned whether it’s a real Rolex.

“Know any Rolex watches that sell for 125 bucks?” he asked, adding that’s what Simpson told him he paid for it. The lawyer acknowledged, however, that if it is fake, “it’s a pretty good copy.”

Knicks waive ex-Zag Dickau

The New York Knicks waived Dan Dickau after completing a buyout of the veteran point guard’s contract.

The Knicks acquired Dickau in the draft-night trade that also sent Zach Randolph and Fred Jones from Portland to New York. But with the Knicks having a number of guard options, agent Mark Bartelstein said the team wasn’t a great situation for his client.

Bartelstein said a couple of teams are possibilities for Dickau, who averaged 3.3 points for Portland last season. The former Gonzaga star has averaged six points and 2.5 assists in 233 career games with six NBA teams.

Where have all the HRs gone?

Home runs in the major leagues this year dropped to their lowest level in more than a decade.

An average of 2.04 homers per game were hit this season, the Elias Sports Bureau said, a drop of 8.1 percent from last year’s 2.22 average and the lowest figure in the majors since the 1995 average of 2.02.

Cold weather in April caused a 20 percent drop in the first month of the season.
