Melissa Gaver exchanged wedding vows with Jeff Wainwright in a Sept. 1 ceremony at the Rose Arbor at Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute.

The bride is the daughter of Tom and Barb Gaver, Spokane Valley. The groom is the son of Glen and Patty Wainwright, Deer Park.

A reception was held at Mukogawa Fort Wright Commons. The couple are living in Deer Park after a honeymoon in Yellowstone National Park.

The bride is a student at Washington State University. The groom is a lieutenant for Spokane County Fire District 8.
