Jay and Olive O’Connor

Jay and Olive O’Connor will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary with a gathering at the Clare House Recreation Center on Oct. 20.

Hosts for the event will include their children and spouses: Marilyn and Lee Jassman, Spokane, and Diane and Ken Klawunder, Gustavus, Alaska.

The couple were married Oct. 22, 1937, in Spokane. They have four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
