Schools’ location mischaracterized

Two schools in the Cheney School District are 10 or more miles from the district office. A story Sunday about school superintendents’ salaries said they were much closer because of an editor’s error.

Official misidentified

Sam Lorenz, emergency management director for Grant County, was misidentified because of a reporter’s error in an Oct. 1 brief about a fatal house fire in Moses Lake.
