Frances Stone exchanged wedding vows with David Liberto in an Aug. 4 ceremony at St. Vincent’s in Charlotte, N.C.

The bride is the daughter of Gene and Diane Stone, Spokane. The groom is the son of Frank Liberto and Rose Liberto, both of New Orleans.

A reception was held at A Jarrell Affair. The couple are living in Charlotte after a honeymoon in Linville, N.C.

The bride is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, and works as an administrative support coordinator at the Public Library of Charlotte and Mecklenberg County in Charlotte. The groom, a graduate of the University of Miami, is a nursing student at the Carolinas College of Health Sciences.
