Kootenai County sheriff

Marian Crumb, Hayden, reported Monday the $700 theft of a western saddle from her home on the 900 block of West Lacey Avenue.

Gary Sylte, Athol, reported Monday the $900 theft of lavender plants from his home on the 11000 block of East Nunn Road.

Lewis Kulczyk, manager of Northwest United Industries, reported Monday the $400 theft of a safe containing gold jewelry and paperwork and $300 damage to a door and fence at the business at 11236 N. Government Way.
