Stress Reduction Class – The eight-week class will cover how to handle everyday stresses. A free orientation will be from 6-8 p.m. next Tuesday at the Kootenai Medical Center, 2003 Lincoln Way, Coeur d’Alene. The class series is $300, including all materials. Insurance is accepted. Nurse Practitioner Group of Spokane – The group will host a speaker on women’s health, the topic is vaginitis. Sept. 12 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Deaconess Health and Education center, 910 W. Cardiovascular Health Risk Assessment – The Sacred Heart Women’s Health Center presents Heart-to-Heart, a program to help you find out your risk for cardiovascular disease. FUNctional Fitness Class – U-District Physical Therapy is offering a specialized conditioning class for active people of all levels and ages.
